My name is Evelina Boström, I operate within a specialized network of partners and senior consultants and coaches, depending on the scope and complexity of the client’s assignment.

My Story

My journey began in textiles, drawing and sewing myself through childhood – before building a corporate career at a big Global Sportswear Brand. I became a key player, rising from Design Assistant to Global Product Director, leading 70+ people through two major reorganizations and consistently driving financial targets.

My teams were diverse – balancing focused economists and deeply creative minds – under one commercial goal. After 13 years, my highly tuned executive intuition signaled a critical stop. A toxic leadership environment conflicted with my core values.

In both large corporate settings and smaller consulting roles, I watched leaders come and go, implementing changes “just for the sake of change” with no true long-term purpose. Too many times, leaders were carving their marks on ice blocks on a sunny day, leaving tired, confused organizations without alignment.

The Insight

My core realizations and beliefs lie in this truth: Successful organizations must combine hard commercial strategy with real human values and fearless, intuition-led leadership steering from the heart.

True transformation comes from within. The biggest struggle in the corporate world is seeing heart as the opposite of efficiency and results.

True efficiency comes from within the team. This requires leaders to actively empower their employees, listen deeply and provide the right tools. Crucially, we must provide clear structures and professional frameworks while granting the freedom to create within those boundaries. This strengthens individual intuition – the earliest detection system for risk and opportunity – before issues impact the P&L.
